Starcraft: Brood War (c) Blizzard
Percentage of Votes: 57.31%

"I loved Starcraft and I love the expansion pack. Brood War does just that, expands on the original with many new advances in almost every possible aspect. Brood War is something you don’t want to miss.... I recommend you run down to your neighborhood Electronics Boutique and purchase this title with your spare cash, you’ll thank me later. "

Second Place: Age of Empires: Rise of Rome (c) Microsoft
Percentage of Votes: 13.00%

"Overall, the add-on Rise of Rome is a decent effort at creating an add-on for one of the best games around, but many gamers and AoE enthusiasts will be disappointed in the lack of volume in the additions, especially with the add-on coming out so late after the game itself. Even with all its faults, Rise of Rome should tide you over until the much more anticipated, and hopefully far superior, Age of Empires II comes out next year."-Jove

Third Place: Total Annihilation: The Core Contingency(c) Cavedog
Percentage of Votes: 9.77%

"With Total Annihilation: The Core Contingency, it's harder for your enemies to hide when you deploy all new amphibious Kbots, assault hovercraft, mines and more. Now you can protect your bases by building them underwater and surprising opponents with sea-based amphibious armies. Ultimately, it's up to you to determine the outcome of the eternal battle between the Core and the Arm."
